1. Scope of Digital Provisioning1. 数字化服务及配给范围

AltairNode grants dynamic, secure API configurations enabling optimized remote data synchronization, latency minimization, and cross-border endpoint metrics sync for developers, business automation workflow managers, and technical specialists. AltairNode 提供加密的网络路由 API 和数据同步端点。我们的服务旨在为全球开发者、学术研究人员和商业专业人士提供可靠的远程工作流优化。

2. User Obligations & Prohibited Uses2. 用户义务与禁止行为

To ensure robust routing availability and cluster integrity, users are strictly PROHIBITED from executing the following activities through our infrastructure: 为确保所有用户的服务高可用性和网络稳定性，您同意不将 AltairNode 用于以下活动：

• Deploying, distributing, or managing malicious payload codes, malware files, phishing forms, or participating in systemic digital identity fraud. 分发恶意软件、钓鱼材料或进行任何欺诈活动。
• Conducting unauthorized massive vulnerability scans, Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) requests, or attempts to disrupt third-party backend servers. 参与分布式拒绝服务（DDoS）攻击、未经授权的网络扫描或黑客攻击。
• Engaging in copyrighted file piracy or abuse of bandwidth metrics via massive Peer-to-Peer sharing that harms general availability. 侵犯版权（例如，未经授权下载或共享受版权保护的媒体）。
• Violating local statutes or computational system regulations of your operating jurisdiction. 违反您运营辖区的当地法律和网络监管法规。

Single-User Restriction: Access tokens are tied directly to single-user authentication. Multi-device resale or public endpoint sharing will result in immediate API revocation without notice. 严禁共享账户。访问令牌仅供单用户认证。系统检测到多设备滥用将导致立即吊销令牌。

3. Strict Final Sales Policy (No Refunds)3. 严格的数字商品不退款约定

Due to the dynamic provisioning of secure API resources and global transport routes upon generation, all sales are final. AltairNode does not support, process, or offer any refund (partial or full) once a secure token has been dispatched. Please review server specifications and plan metrics thoroughly before checkout. 由于我们的 API 访问令牌是即时数字化交付和配给的，所有销售均为最终交易。一旦访问令牌生成并发送到您的邮箱，AltairNode 将不提供任何部分或全额退款。请在购买前仔细评估您的需求。

While AltairNode targets an annual SLA of 99.9%, services are provided strictly "As Is" and "As Available". We disclaim liability for transport downtime or sync anomalies caused by upstream telecom infrastructure, localized network filtering policies, regional ISP routing drops, or faulty diagnostic configs. 5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction5. 适用法律与司法管辖区

These Terms of Use, their execution, and any transactional disputes arising therefrom shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Delaware. 本服务条款的所有方面、履行、因购买而衍生出的任何交易和纠纷，均受美国特拉华州（Delaware）现行法律的排他性管辖，并依其解释，不考虑任何法律冲突原则。您同意接受特拉华州内任一州立及联邦法院的属人管辖权。
